Service & Delivery details

When can you expect delivery?

After ordering your wheelchair with us and your payment has been authorised you can expect delivery within the next two to five working days unless stated otherwise within the product specification. And remember that all our wheelchairs are free of any delivery charges! (UK Mainland only)

If there should be any problems with the fulfillment we promise that you shall be contacted on the day of your purchase to be notified of any delays and should this not meet your requirements we will offer a full refund.

Can I get next day delivery?

If you place your order before 2pm the working day before you can get guaranteed next working day delivery. This includes most of our next day delivery services to arrive before 10.30am the following day. In the event of your next day delivery not reaching you within 24 hours, you shall automatically recieve a full refund. Please note that any orders recieved on a Saturday or Sunday will result in a Tuesday delivery before 10.30am.

Customer service is our main aim and if we haven't pleased you we want to know why! If ever you feel the service we have provided has not met your requirements then contact us here and tell us why. We will respond and try to correct the problem.

Warranty

All our Wheelchairs come with a full 1 Year warranty unless stated otherwise in the products specification.

Refund Policy

Worldofwheelchairs offers full advice and support to any customer who requests a refund. All refunds shall be made if requested within 14 days of the date of purchase. Should the situation arise whereby you believe the product is not of a quality standard and we agree, either a replacement will be offered or you will recieve a full refund.

A great lightweight transit wheelchair, which is available in 16", 18" and 20" seat widths and also weighs just 13Kg. Available in Red / Silver.

Breezy Moonlite Transit (£139.95)

This is our most safest cheap wheelchair available. It's also one of the lightest. The chair is very attractive with excellent product features including a seat belt and an attendant break.

Enigma XS Aluminium Wheelchair Self Propel (£169)

The Enigma XS aluminium wheelchair offers an array of added features with a value-for-money price tag which will be hard to beat.

Escape SE Self-Propelled (£209.99)

The Escape SE is a lightweight range designed with ease of manoevurability in mind, allowing you to 'Escape' to all your favourite places.

Products

Self-Propel Wheelchairs are those that the occupant can manouevre themselves. Clicking here will display all our Self-Propel Wheelchairs.

Transit Wheelchairs are those without the large rear wheels which means occupants will have to be attended to when moving around. This section will display all our Transit Wheelchairs

Lightweight Wheelchairs are much better for folding and carrying around, such as moving into the boot of a car and back out again.

Entry Level Wheelchairs are our most cheap Wheelchairs. However this doesn't mean they are any less of quality, we often have great Wheelchairs on offer in this section.

These chairs are designed specifically for juniors. They are smaller, lighter and have more adaptions to suit smaller younger people.

Standard Wheelchairs are what we refer to as good solid well priced Wheelchairs. They are the most common Wheelchairs and often include our best sellers.

Heavy Duty Wheelchairs are designed to cope with more weight than Standard Wheelchairs and are generally lots more durable than most other Wheelchairs. They also have wider seat widths (24")

Deluxe Wheelchairs are the ultimate in comfort and come with the most adaptable options. For ultimate comfort then view this section of the store.

The Accessories section is full of the little things that make a big difference when using a Wheelchair. The accessories range from gloves to trays and carry bags.
